   These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Darija School and any individual who purchases online courses on www.darijaschool.com to learn Moroccan Darija.

2. Registration & Course Access
   To access courses, users must create an account with accurate information. Once registration is confirmed and payment is received, access to the courses is granted. Users are responsible for ensuring their equipment (Internet connection, compatible hardware) supports course delivery.

3. Prices & Payment
   Course prices are displayed in euros. Darija School reserves the right to change its prices at any time but will honor the rate in effect at the time of purchase. Payment may be made by credit card or other secure methods offered on the platform.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy
   By law, consumers have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. Darija School offers an extended policy: a 30-day “satisfied or refunded” guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing contact@darijaschool.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your request.

5. Use of Services
   Services provided by Darija School are for personal use only. Sharing or reselling course access to third parties is prohibited. In case of breach, Darija School may suspend or terminate access without notice or refund.

6. Intellectual Property
   All courses, videos, and other pedagogical content remain the exclusive property of Darija School. Users are granted a personal, non-transferable right to use the content for the duration of their access. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly forbidden.

   These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before resorting to the courts. Failing that, disputes will be brought before the competent courts in the jurisdiction of Darija School’s registered office.
